Going to New York and Mexico today
Today, I am leaving for a trip to New York and Mexico. I will - as always - visit my friends at Ronin Athletics for some good training. I will update this blog with some photos and descriptions about the training, so make sure you check it out the next few weeks :)

Christian -- how long will you be in NYC for????
Maybe I will stop by Ronin as well. I have a couple friends training there last I checked.
I wasn't there yesterday because they were all at GQ and today there is no training. I am going to Mexico tomorrow but will be back in NYC november 1st till 9th and train in Ronin there :)
