"Fight Camp" week 8 (final episode)
This is the final episode of my eight week videoblog project about Philip who we have trained to compete in MMA for the first time. It has been a crazy period of training and a really cool experience. Parts of the video is in danish, but I hope you will enjoy it anyways :)

Before you have an MMA fight it is good to know about the hooks for back control.

just wanted to say hi and thx for posting those video blogs. i dont get everything but some things do sound similar to german and its very interesting to see your training methods and parts of the scene in denmark.
cant wait to put on my gi for tomorrows training =)
